During the offseason, the NBA teams look better. Regardless of signing big-name free agents to win now, or to cut the relationship with players who will ensure a better position in the future by each franchise you want to be a step or two ahead of where they were before.

But when the dust settles, there are often groups of players are happy to get rid of. Sometimes this is the result of a poor team culture fit, diminishing their skills or just playing outright poor. In any case, each group has some form of dead weight now gone from the season before.
